My cookie journey began in the early ’90s, during my recovery from an eating disorder. Back then, every cookie or treat I reached for was packed with sugar, additives, and empty calories. What started as a personal need grew into a mission. Today, Cookie Nuggets is all about balance—wholesome, feel-good cookies that satisfy cravings without compromise because food should nourish your body and make you feel good--inside and out. Expect a bit of sass, a lot of love, and absolutely no weird stuff—because wholesome doesn’t have to be boring.
